我们团队一直从事于搬运和焊接机械手的开发和应用,向客户提供3轴-5轴机械手产品和控制技术,应用于码垛、焊接、注塑机上下料、冲压上下料。

一:5轴机械手  JSA-510A)5-axis manipulator

五轴联动(可实现3周圆弧插补),轴移动速度大于0.3m/s

可任意设定存储20种不同程序

重复定位精度达到0.1mm(根据用户需求可提高精度)

 三:6轴机械手6-Axis Manipulator

1:六自由度机器人(JSC-614A)6-DOF Robot

该机器人有六个自由度,可以在工作范围做任意轨迹,自由度机器人应用与机械加工、上料、焊接、安装、搬运、装配等要求比较高的场所;目前根据载荷的不同,分为清载荷,中载荷,和重载荷。 

The robot has six degrees of freedom, and can make any trajectory in its working range. The robot can be used in places where the requirements of machining, feeding, welding, installation, handling and assembly are relatively high. At present, according to the different loads, it can be divided into clear load, medium load and heavy load.

2:焊接机器人(JSC-314A)welding robot

该机器人有3轴和4轴两种,主要应用于工作环境恶劣,工作精度要求不高的焊接、切割、搬运场所;对于大型的切割,特别是大型的厚板,切割很多都是采用人工来完成的,我们自行设计的焊接行走机器人,能够准确的按照编写的程序完成焊接。同时具有圆弧查补和曲线查补功能。可以完成超大型钣金的自动化切割。我们自行设计的机器人可以行走,可以在大型钣金上面行走,或者在钣金的周围行走,切割出我们想要的形状,相对加工精度高、速度快。

The robot has three and four axes, which are mainly used in welding, cutting and handling places where the working environment is bad and the working accuracy is not high. For large-scale cutting, especially for large-scale thick plates, cutting is done manually. The welding walking robot designed by ourselves can complete welding accurately according to the program written. At the same time, it has the function of arc search and curve search. It can complete automatic cutting of super large sheet metal. Our self-designed robot can walk on large sheet metal, or around the sheet metal, cutting out the desired shape, relatively high precision and speed.
